Heavy grooves juxtaposed with outbreaks of swing, tight arrangements framing open-ended improvisation and abstract harmony mixed with melodic departures.

Matt Anderson Quartet
Original music played with a unified ensemble sound and shared musical vision. Smooth and fluid writing with a contemporary twist.

Manchester guitarist Stuart McCallum returns to the Grove Inn. Featuring Stuarts own music which incorporates interesting timbres and effects created on his guitar and multitude of pedals.
